Web application development
Web apps that load fast and stay easy to change
We build web applications, portals and marketing sites in React, Next.js and Node.js. Fast on a mid-range Android phone, accessible to every user, and structured so the next developer understands it.
Web application development is building interactive software that runs in a browser, such as dashboards, portals, booking systems and SaaS products, along with the servers, APIs and databases behind it. It differs from a brochure website in that users log in, create data and complete tasks.
TechNimbus builds web applications and high-performance websites, mainly in React, Next.js, Node.js and PHP, with performance, accessibility and SEO built in.
What we build
From marketing sites to complex web apps
Web applications
Dashboards, portals, booking and workflow tools with logins, roles and real data.
Next.js websites
Server-rendered sites that rank, load quickly and are easy for your team to update.
Ecommerce
Custom storefronts and integrations with payment gateways, inventory and shipping.
APIs and backends
Node.js, Python and Laravel APIs that other apps and partners can rely on.
Progressive web apps
App-like experiences that install from the browser and work on patchy connections.
Rebuilds and rescues
Slow, fragile or abandoned web apps brought back into shape, one module at a time.
Our standards
Performance and accessibility are not extras
A slow site loses users before they read a word. An inaccessible one excludes them entirely.
Every web project we ship is measured against the same bar:
- Core Web Vitals. We test on a mid-range Android phone over a mobile connection, because that is how much of India and the world browses.
- Accessibility. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard navigation, real contrast, labelled forms and screen reader support.
- SEO foundations. Server rendering, clean URLs, structured data, sitemaps and metadata that search and answer engines can read.
- Maintainability. TypeScript, consistent components, tests on the critical paths and a README that works.
This site is an example: static HTML, no framework overhead, structured data on every page and a design system built for speed.

Should we use Next.js or plain React?
Use Next.js when search visibility, first-load speed or server-side logic matter, which covers most public-facing sites and many apps. Plain React is fine for internal tools behind a login where SEO does not matter. We will recommend one based on your situation.
Can you improve our existing website's speed?
Yes. We start by measuring real-user and lab performance, find the biggest causes, which are usually images, scripts and fonts, and fix them in order of impact. We report the before and after numbers.
Do you build accessible websites?
Yes. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard, and test with keyboard navigation, contrast checks and screen readers.
Do you provide hosting?
We set up hosting in your own accounts, typically on AWS, Vercel, Netlify or Google Cloud, so you are never locked in to us. We can manage it for you if you prefer.
Can you work with our in-house designers?
Yes. We regularly build from Figma designs created by in-house teams or other agencies, and give design feedback where something will not work well in the browser.
