Who we are
This website is operated by TechNimbus (also written Tech Nimbus). You can contact us about privacy at admin@techinimbus.com.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form, email or message us, we collect the information you choose to give us: usually your name, email address, phone number, company, location and details of your enquiry.
Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together.
- To prepare quotes and contracts if you ask us to.
- To keep records of our business communications.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
We process enquiry information with your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, for people in the UK and EU, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by our form provider, Formspree, and email is handled by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf. We may share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing admin@techinimbus.com. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
